Complaints Procedure & Policy
The University of Chichester Academy Trust has a model complaints policy which is used and personalised by each Trust academy. This policy complies with the Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2014.

Complaints or concerns about activity within an academy should always be made first to the academy and the complaints process should be followed.
The Academy Trust may become involved in complaints at stage three (Complaint heard by the Complaints Panel), but would not normally become involved until this stage is reached.
