Supporting the principle of ‘equal pay for work of equal value’, all our posts are evaluated to ensure the salary is equitable across our academies, but flexible enough to ensure each academy is competitive and able to recruit, support and retain the quality of staff required in their locality.
Staff Development
Directly linked with the University of Chichester and sharing its ethos, we believe that whilst collectively each and every individual contributes to the same vision and goals, our career and personal aspirations will be unique, and therefore require differing approaches. As such, we offer a wide range of support such as coaching, mentoring, workshops, conferences, seminars and courses to meet the need of the individual for the benefit of all.

We have a strong reputation for working in partnership and believe that working with our academies should be bespoke. You will find that all the academies within the Trust are unique and as such may have their own unique benefits. For example, one academy has a gym and swimming pool at its heart which can be used by staff, whilst another is a new build and has been planned and constructed with up-to-date knowledge of staff needs, with access to the most contemporary facilities possible.
