Site Maintenance Assistant

Salary Range £19,312 – £20,493 per annum, Pro rata Salary £7,829 - £8,307 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 3.30pm – 6.30pm

Total Hours: 15 hours per week/52 weeks

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our committed team. In liaison with the Site Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and security of the school premises, ensuring the school meets with the health and safety legislation and is a safe environment for the school community.  This will include daily security checks, setting of alarms, locking of buildings and attending alarm call-outs.  The maintenance of the school includes overseeing contractors when on-site, undertaking repairs and maintenance of the buildings and grounds as may be reasonably required.  You will be required to maintain accurate records, manage the cleaning team and assist with the evening clean where required.
