Salary: £19,312 - £20,493 per annum. Actual Salary: £15,658 - £16,615 per annum

Part-time - 30 hours per week, days and hours to be discussed at interview

Start date:  January 2022

We are looking for a Finance Assistant who would like to join our successful school and be part of a friendly and hard-working administration team. 

Duties will include:

  • raising orders, processing invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payments using PS Financials software
  • administration of online payments using the Schools Cash Office system 
  • monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations
  • assisting the Finance & Commercial Services Manager with month end and year end processes as required
  • administration of lettings including liaising with hirers, placing bookings and generating invoices
  • managing both the finance and the lettings email accounts, ensuring that matters are dealt with in a timely manner
