Located in the north of Portsmouth, Court Lane Academies are proud of their caring ethos, encouraging and supporting children to be inspired, excel and work together.  The academy is a positive and active place to work, and we believe that success here is built on strong relationships between everyone involved in the academy.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our committed team. The Site Manager is responsible for the maintenance and security of the school premises, ensuring the school meets with the health and safety legislation and is a safe environment for the school community.  This will include daily security checks, setting of alarms, locking of buildings and attending alarm callouts.  The maintenance of the school includes overseeing contractors when on-site, undertaking repairs and maintenance of the buildings and grounds as may be reasonably required.  You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with Health & Safety regulations and ensure equipment and systems such as heating, cooling, lighting and alarms are well maintained. You will also manage the premises and cleaning staff across both Court Lane schools to create an effective team that meets the demands of the academies including carrying out performance reviews.
