Salary Range: £19,650 - £20,852 per annum

Working Pattern: 37 hrs per week, 52 weeks

We currently have an opportunity for a Site Assistant to join our close knit team in a busy school environment.  We are seeking a confident individual who is organised and can work both independently and as a team member.  The role requires a professional, courteous, can-do and flexible attitude. In liaison with, and in the absence of, the Site Manager take responsibility for the maintenance and security of the school premises and site, ensuring that the school meets with health and safety legislation and is a safe, clean and welcoming environment for the school community.

Drawing on your experience and with the support of your line manager, you will ensure that a professional service is delivered which meets the needs of the school, including producing and maintaining a rolling programme of redecoration, repairs and maintenance.  The position also requires you to supervise a team of cleaning staff to meet objectives and targets set to deliver standards of work which strive to be outstanding in all areas.
