Freedom of Information Act

This Act promotes greater openness and accountability across the public sector by requiring public authorities to make information available proactively through a publication scheme. 

The University of Chichester Academy Trust is not a public body that is subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) however it does apply to individual schools/academies within the Trust and we are committed to the principles of accountability and the general rights of access to information, subject to legal exemptions.
